We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jahspeed Living furniture. If you're not, here's how returns and refunds work.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Custom orders and clearance items are final sale.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
